The OzFlow Water Purifier System ships with adaptors that fit around 95% of Australian kitchen taps. If your tap is unusual — a pull-out spray head, or a squared spout — send us a photo and we will confirm before you buy, or post you a free adaptor if you already own one.

Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days and you get a tracking number by email as soon as it is scanned. Delivery normally takes 7–14 business days. If it has been longer than that, email us your order number and we will chase it for you.

Reply to any subscription email or send us a message here and we will action it immediately. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no phone call required.

Use the product for up to 60 nights. If you are not happy, email us and we will refund you in full and send a return label. You do not need the original box.
