The chlorine smell is completely gone

Clamped onto the kitchen mixer in about three minutes, no plumber needed. Sits neatly beside the spout and the brushed finish matches our tapware. Our water used to smell like a swimming pool in summer — now the kids actually drink water instead of asking for cordial. Coffee tastes noticeably better too.

Fitted straight onto our rail shower, no adaptor needed

We have a rail shower with a rain head and a handheld, and it went on above the rain head in about a minute. Looks like it belongs there — the chrome matches the rest of the tapware. Pressure is better than before, which I did not expect from a filter.

Everything arrived well packed with three cartridges and a clear instruction sheet. Swapping one takes about ten seconds. Only tip: check the thread size on your shower before you buy, ours was standard and fine.

Also works on the bath spout

Bought it for the shower and ended up moving it to the bath mixer for the kids bath time. Same thread, same one-minute install. The water no longer smells like chlorine when the bath is filling.

Excellent water, took a moment to find the right adaptor

My tap was slightly unusual so I needed the second adaptor in the box. Support replied the same day with a photo guide. Once on, the flow is strong and the water is superb.

Presentation out of the box is excellent

Everything sat in a moulded foam tray — the stainless housing, three cartridges, the diverter and a bag of adaptors, with a proper instruction sheet and a spare O-ring on top. Nothing rattling around, nothing missing. It feels like a $300 product for $179.

Three spare cartridges included was the clincher

Laid all the parts out before starting and it is genuinely well made — the mesh cartridges are solid, the housing is real stainless not painted plastic, and the adaptors covered our older tap thread. Up and running in five minutes and our water finally tastes like nothing at all, which is the point.

Subscription timing is spot on

Cartridges arrive about a week before I need them, every quarter, each one sealed in its own little box so nothing gets knocked about. Swapping one takes ten seconds. Cancelled a different service to pay for this and have no regrets.

Arrived well packaged and well protected

Ordered the 3-pack and every cartridge came in its own box inside the satchel, not a mark on any of them. Build quality is better than the generic ones I was using — the mesh feels solid and the thread seated first go. Recommend it to everyone.

Three months sorted in one delivery

Unpacked all three on the kitchen table and popped them straight in the cupboard. Genuine fit, no fiddling, and the flow came back to full strength the moment I swapped the old one out. The quarterly price is fair for what it is.
