Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by OzFlow Water Co, ABN 42 118 776 301, of Unit 4, 218 Wellington St, Collingwood VIC 3066. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment clears.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund the order in full.

Automatic discounts

Some carts qualify for an automatic discount, such as buying two or more items, or pairing a tap purifier with a shower filter. Qualifying discounts are applied at checkout without a code.

Only one discount applies per order — where a cart qualifies for more than one, you receive the largest. Automatic discounts apply to one-time purchases and do not apply to subscription renewals.

Cartridge subscriptions

A cartridge subscription bills every three months at the price shown when you subscribed, and continues until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

You can skip, pause or cancel at any time by replying to any subscription email or contacting support. If a shipment has already been dispatched when you cancel, that shipment still arrives and is still charged.

If we change the subscription price, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before being charged the new amount.

Stock and availability

Listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Using the products as intended

Our filters are designed for cold, potable mains water at normal household pressure. Connecting them to hot water, non-potable water, or pressures beyond the stated rating can damage them and is not covered by warranty.

Filters reduce specified contaminants; they do not make unsafe water safe. If your water supply is under a boil-water notice or is not treated mains water, follow the advice of your water authority rather than relying on a filter.

We try to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is error-free or current. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary.

Liability and your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it, repairing it, or refunding what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we ever need to resolve a dispute in court, it will be a court in that jurisdiction.
